[Liberté dessert 2/3] Kumquat/taro/chestnut - THIS dessert made me overcome the fear for taro. The cardamom ice cream in the center pairs really well with the taro purée (in the form of vermicelli). The tartness of raspberry (in powder form) balanced out the milky/creamy taste of the taro/chestnut purée 😋
